RETURNS + EXCHANGE POLICY

Our return policy lasts for 7 days after DELIVERY of item. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return or exchange please notify us via email at info@luckyllamacreations.com BEFORE you mail us back your product.

Your item MUST be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and with any tags still attached. Purchaser is responsible for the return packaging and shipping costs.

Items that qualify for a return/exchange include women's boutique clothing, jewelry and accessories, and home decor.

Custom t-shirts/sweatshirts/tanks,etc. DO NOT qualify for a return or exchange. All of these items are individually custom made, therefore we do not accept returns/exchanges for any reason.

LIMITED EDITION ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES.
