RETURNS + EXCHANGE POLICY
Our return policy lasts for 7 days after DELIVERY of item. If 7 days have gone by since you have received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return or exchange please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org BEFORE you mail us back your product.
Your item MUST be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and with any tags still attached. Purchaser is responsible for the return packaging and shipping costs.
Items that qualify for a return/exchange include women's boutique clothing, jewelry and accessories, and home decor.
Custom t-shirts/sweatshirts/tanks,etc. DO NOT qualify for a return or exchange. All of these items are individually custom made, therefore we do not accept returns/exchanges for any reason.
If there is a problem with your order, or damage to your item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by contacting our customer service team at email@example.com.
